By using YourPostWriter you agree to these terms with Surge Software Solutions Private Limited.

• You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for what you publish. Read every AI draft before posting; AI can be wrong.
• Don't use YourPostWriter for spam, impersonation, or anything that breaks LinkedIn's, X's or Meta's terms.
• Credit for third-party engines is charged at what those services cost us. Paid plans, if offered later, renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. We'll tell you why.
• The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
• Indian law applies; courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
