Getting help
The in-app Help chat answers from these docs and hands you to a person when needed.
Click Help at the bottom right of the app. The assistant answers from these docs and links the pages it used. It never guesses about billing, refunds or bugs: those go to a person.
Click Talk to a person (or keep typing after the assistant says a person will help). Your message and the chat so far reach our team, and the answer comes to your email. You can also write to us by email any time.
