Scheduling, queue and cross-posting
Time slots, first comments, the board, X, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram and company pages.
Queue
Set weekly time slots in Settings → Schedule (default: weekdays 9:15 in your time zone). Add to queue puts a post in the next free slot.
Calendar and board
Calendar shows the month. Switch to Board to see every post in columns: Draft, Review, Approved, Scheduled, Published and Failed. Drag a card or use its buttons to send it for review, approve it, add it to the queue or move it back to draft. Moving a card to Scheduled opens the post so you can pick a time.
First comment
Add a first comment (for links) in the post editor. We post it right after the post.
Cross-posting
Tick X, Threads or Bluesky in the post editor and click Rewrite for X, Threads and Bluesky. X gets a thread (each part under 280 characters); Threads gets one post under 500 characters; Bluesky gets a thread of posts under 300 characters, with clickable links and #tags. Connect each account first. X charges developers per post, so X posting is opt-in per post.
Facebook and Instagram
Tick Facebook Page to post the text (and the attached graphic) to your Page. Tick Instagram to post the attached graphic with the text as its caption (up to 2,200 characters). Instagram always needs an image; PDF carousels can't go to Instagram.
LinkedIn company pages
Once LinkedIn approves our Community Management API access, connect a company page you administer in Settings → Connections and tick LinkedIn company page to post as the page. Until then this option says it is waiting on LinkedIn.
If publishing fails
If LinkedIn is busy (rate limit or a server error) we retry up to 3 times, then mark the post Failed with the reason in plain words.
If LinkedIn says the connection is no longer valid (expired, revoked, or you removed the app in LinkedIn's settings), the post fails at once as Failed: reconnect LinkedIn, we email the workspace owner once, and scheduling for that account pauses. Click Reconnect on the post, in the studio or in Settings → Connections, then press Publish now or Add to queue again.
Your week
This week (in the menu) suggests three posts for the week from your analytics insights, saved ideas, the weekly prompt and your topics, each with a one-click draft, and shows last week's numbers. The Monday email has the same plan; turn it off in Settings.
