Connecting your accounts
LinkedIn, company pages, X, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook and Instagram, each through its official API.
Open Settings → Connections. Each profile connects its own accounts; only owners and admins can connect or disconnect.
- LinkedIn: click Connect and allow posting on LinkedIn's own screen. LinkedIn connections last about 60 days; we email the workspace owner 7 days before one ends so you can reconnect in one click.
- LinkedIn company page: needs LinkedIn's approval of our Community Management API access. When it is on, click Choose a company page and pick a page you administer. It posts with your LinkedIn connection.
- X and Threads: click Connect and approve on X or Threads.
- Bluesky: enter your handle and an app password (Bluesky → Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords). Never use your main password; we only accept app passwords and store them encrypted.
- Facebook Page and Instagram: one Facebook sign-in connects a Page you manage and the Instagram professional account linked to it. If you manage several Pages, pick one under Facebook Page for this profile.
Without a connection, scheduled posts run in test mode in development; nothing is posted. Disconnect any time; we delete the stored token.
Emails we send
- 3 days before a paid plan renews (to the owner).
- 7 days before a LinkedIn connection ends (to the owner).
- On Monday morning (India time), 3 post ideas for each profile from your idea feed and analytics insights. Turn it off in Settings → Workspace → Emails.
