Import your past posts

Use LinkedIn's own data export (Shares.csv) to teach your voice: no scraping, no extension.

LinkedIn lets every member download a copy of their data. YourPostWriter reads the file you download; we never log in to LinkedIn for you.

  1. On LinkedIn, go to Settings → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data.
  2. Choose Want something in particular? and tick Posts (it may be listed as Shares). Request the archive.
  3. LinkedIn emails you when it's ready (usually within 10 minutes; sometimes up to 24 hours). Download the ZIP and unzip it.
  4. In YourPostWriter, open Voice → Import from LinkedIn and upload Shares.csv.

We keep up to your 80 most recent posts with real text for your voice, and the post links for analytics.
