Agencies and ghostwriters

Each profile is one person you write for, with its own voice, rules, ideas, queue and connections. Voices never mix. Each workspace has up to 5 profiles while we launch.

• Owner: everything, including billing.
• Admin: team, profiles and connections.
• Editor: write, schedule and publish.
• Approver (free seat, for clients): read posts, comment, approve or ask for changes.

In the post editor click Send for approval. The approver sees it under Posts → Waiting for review and can approve or request changes with a note. Every step is logged on the post.

On the post page, under Review and history, click Create link and send it to your client. They open it, see the post as it will look, add their name and approve, ask for changes or comment. The link works for that one post for 14 days; New link replaces it and Turn off link stops it.
